To Protect and to Serve II

I lost a fur baby to a killer cop. She was on a lead in the backyard with an upset tummy while I ran a 20 minute errand. She barked at the neighbor, who had played with her and knew her, when he came home and he called the cops. He said he got scared because she was bouncing up and down. Cop came around the corner of the house gun drawn and fired at her, she broke her collar trying to get away from him. She was always afraid of really loud noises. He fired twice more and gave chase. She ran about 100 yards to where a friend of mine was and as my buddy was calling her the cop put a bullet in her. She tried to crawl home and he walked up on her and put another round in her. I heard the shots as I was driving back up the street and saw my fur baby laying on the sidewalk. She died in my arms minutes later with a K9 cop crying beside me.

This idiot had three unaccounted for rounds fired in a residential area. Lawyer said it'd be an uphill battle to go after him, so since it was my hometown and I knew people I went on a mission. I knew the current and two previous mayors, some city council members and a police captain. I was able to prove he'd done this before to at least a dozen dog owners, coupled with multiple stray rounds, and we managed to flag his jacket preventing any promotion. Less than a year later he quit and left town.
Over a decade later and to this day it still breaks me down and I hope that sob rots in the deepest pits of hell.
I would’ve went to jail or worse that day.

K9 cop grabbed me when I went after the pos, wrapped his arms around me and just held me while I broke down.
He kept apologizing that he had just come on duty and couldn't get across town fast enough to stop it from happening.

When we travel with the dogs they stay in harnesses buckled into the back seat so the can’t jump out. I’ve heard too many stories of cops shooting dogs at traffic stops.

I actually know a guy who was arrested for resisting arrest because he shut and locked his back door of his car after the cop opened it. He was told to stop and didn’t. He told me he kept his hands in the air kept walking and told the cop “you’re gonna have to shoot me in the back but you’re not shooting my dog”.
He locked the car with a key fob. The cop wanted to break out the window but other cops on the scene prevented it. Turns out that cop has a history of shooting dogs. The charges were later dropped but my buddy is still actively trying to get that Ga state trooper fired.

Now think of what kind of individual you would have to be to have a history of killing dogs...

From what I have read and watched on programs animal cruelty/abuse/killing is the number 1 indicator of a psychopath and even moreso a serial killer. Nearly all serial killers that have been studied abused animals as children when they themselves were too small to kill humans. I remember the "iceman " who killed over 40 people for the mob, many of which by strangling or hanging them over his shoulder with piano wire...he smiled when he talked about killing animals as a kid. Said he used to tie 2 cats tails together and throw them over a clothesline...they would fight to the death to escape. You gotta be a sick bastard to torture animals for fun.

Wantonly torturing/harming animals is a hallmark of psychopathy. Given enough time he probably would have started doing this to people.

Would not even be surprised if he's featured in a video somewhere like those posted in here if he managed to get rehired somewhere as a cop.

Why of course with pay...
Ypu can thank unions for that. Not just police officers that are hard to fire for incompetence. Worked atcan auto plant where they had to pay 10-15 guys that were underperformed to sit and play cards all day because of union rules about getting rid of them.

Reported Shooting of Sheriff’s Deputy in Lancaster Was Hoax: LASD

Authorities first described Wednesday's 2:45 p.m. incident outside the the Los County Sheriff's Department Lancaster Station as a shooting, then said the following day that the involved weapon may have been a pellet gun, rather than a firearm.

But sheriff's officials announced late Saturday that the Deputy Angel Reinosa, a rookie deputy with the department, made the whole thing up.

Post the name of the busybody ******* who called the cops. Do these people have nothing better to do?
The kids obviously didn't have the proper permits, didn't pay the city license fee and weren't collecting state and local taxes. They're just lucky that the city didn't confiscate the parents house to pay the fines.
