Cut the cord about 7-8 years ago. Rolled with internet only the whole time. $59.99 with Charter, now $64.99 with Comcast.

I now work for the cable company. We get most or all channels via streaming app. Noggin, NF, etc for kiddos. NF is $12.99 extra.

Will entertain the Hulu/Disney deal when it comes, but will ditch NF.

My viewing habits ebb and flow based on what is free. HBO is still free, so, i usually watch that content - as its free of tainted RW viewpoints 🤭.

If i have to start paying a .01 for TV, ill cancel it all.

We had rabbit ears growing up. So, i think we can make do. Worst case, ill have to start reading again.
Bro, I'm really proud of everyone here resisting the urge to comment on the political stuff you manage to sneak in every few posts but come on.
It's like almost the only rule, chill.

Not really, they have cancel anytime policies and competition. Youtube rasied their rates once and added 10 channels when they did. I can always go over to PS vue or even back to sling if I want anytime I want.

Agreed. YTTV has gone up one time since I have been with them, and they added some actually viewable channels. Comcast and Direct used to go up at least once a year and might give you a few extra meaningless channels to justify their increases. And if I want I can change services between YTTV, Sling, etc., in a few minutes time without having to make an hour long phone call and having to listen to some BS speel by a representative trying to explain to me all of the reasons why I should not stop being gouged by their company.

Xfinity local channels package plus internet plus Sling runs me $89.

Old Netflix account so paying $7.99

Considering dumping Sling and Xfinity local channels and going with YouTube TV

Will dump Netflix and pay the extra $5.00 once the Disney+ service drops.

Going to keep in around $100 as best I can.

Now, anyone who can help me navigate cell phone bills, I'm all ears. Contract is up with Verizon and believe I can cut my bill in half, but don't know which providers stink as I've been with Verizon for almost 20 years.

We just cancelled dish yesterday. We are trying out Sling TV right now. May switch to YouTube TV since you can only have Sling on one device at a time.....but we have a HD Antenna for local channels so we went from paying $90 bucks a month for dish to now $45 a month with sling.
go Youtube TV....you can stream on multiple devices. We started out with Sling, but like Youtube TV way to much, even after the price increases. We have like 400 movies DVR'd.

I'm rural so need Verizon's towers but use straight talk.
I mean it's the exact same towers, no speed lowering for data cap and I still pay way less.
I can't even figure out why Verizon allows it but glad.

I've got 4 phones unlimited text, talk, data, and it's $175 a month with taxes, through Verizon. Of coarse that wouldn't include phone payments, but I wear my phones out before I upgrade. When I do upgrade my phone, I'll probably pay it in full instead of adding to my monthly bill.

Not at all. I'm good. You didn't like what i posted. I cleaned it up for you. Moving on.
Appreciate it and would if you check post history next time before making an accusation. I don't do politics period and ask both sides to stop equally.
I'm sure everyone would vouch to that.

Brad Shepard shared a nice long post last night on 247...

In regards to NO. 4 -- Hasn't that been JJ's MO for his career at UT all along? 1-2 good games/making big plays at big moments? 40+ catches, 500+ yds, and 5-7 tds would be a great season for JJ this year. Those aren't superstar stats but we don't love JJ for the stats.

What internet speeds do you need for YouTubetv? I see on their website it says 7mbps+, but want to make sure it’s not buffering mid Tennessee touchdown this fall. Looking to switch once my current contract runs up in September
