My sister makes banana pudding and puts pineapple chunks in it. Did not think I would like it, but it's good.

My dad makes a version with shredded coconut...it's actually pretty tasty. I just can't do plain banana pudding.

I used to be strictly crunchy, but as I've gotten older I prefer creamy.

Kind of random, but I made some homemade spiced rum, raisin ice cream a couple of weekends ago for me and the wife. I used about 2-fingers out of a quart jar of homemade spiced rum that had raisins soaking in it for a few months. Added the rum and raisins to the old ice cream churn. Couldn't get it to set like I would have liked, came out like soft-serve but it was damn good...
