The Atlanta Braves

Not a lot of games, but .176 is Duvall territory

He had some good years in Pittsburgh but I see now he’s only played 2B, 3B and OF. I thought he had played some SS, I think it would have been worth a shot with Dansbae’s IL stint likely going into September now.

Early game so I missed it but did we essentially go back to the original bullpen set up and get 3 scoreless innings out of them? With a 1 run lead?

Martin putches the 7th, Newcomb started the 8th and struck 2 out and walked 2, Swarzak finished the 8th, Luke closed it. I missed the 9th but it sounded in here like it wasn't easy again.

Thanks. It never is lol

Off days sucks but it seems like this one is coming at a good time.

The 9th wasn't easy, but Jackson really pitched ok. Nothing was hit hard but they kept dropping in. I checked last night and Luke Jackson's BABIP is .372?! That's insane.

Taking my 7 yr old to his 1st Braves game vs. the Nationals on Sept 7th. I haven’t been to the new stadium yet and will also have my wife and 2 yr old daughter. Any suggestions of kid-friendly things to do around the stadium? Any pointers about the stadium itself? Can we get in to watch BP? Best way to get autographs, if possible? Want to try to make this trip memorable for my son. Appreciate it! Go Braves!

Bring your gloves/ball there is a great turf area designed specifically for playing catch right outside the main gate. The entire game day staff is extremely accommodating to children. I was blown away.
