I'd bet whoever gives orders on whether or not to place someone on suicide watch has his or her butt covered. Some day people are going to wake up and recognize that psychiatry is a soft science based on bias, observation, and best guess. Consider how all the sexual behavioral deviations changed during the last regime if you think psychiatry is based on fact and logic rather than feelings and political climate. That said; I'd agree that someone faced with losing everything and complete public humiliation should almost certainly be considered a suicide in waiting ... particularly if he might take a Clintoon down with him.
