In b4 ... "Trey just needs to hang it up. His health is more important" ... even having no clue one way or another if football has anything to do with his condition.

I genuinely hope the best for Smith. But, even if he plays every snap this season, that condition is going to scare a lot of teams away. Top 10 seems unrealistic.

lol that's how you stir the pot. He's right though. Trey is 1st round talent all the way.

He needs a season under his belt. He hasn’t had full contact yet which should concern everyone to a degree. Light contact is not close to game speed. While he checks the physical boxes he needs two seasons to grade out as a T5 pick.

If he is Top 10 it must be based on potential. He had a good Freshman season but last year was cut short and even when playing was not showing Top 10 talent. I think he has that ability but to me the NFL drafts talent unlike the NBA who drafts more on potential. Give him at least 5 or 6 games this years to see what he can do.

Can someone please draft him now so we can end the drama and get some continuity on the oline?
