Right here...lol. I’ve been really busy, that’s why I haven’t posted much. My work load should start slowing down a lot in the coming weeks. Believe me, I’m here though. As far as Russell goes, he wants to be there at A&M, but I’m being told that he wants to transfer to somewhere else. I think he made a quick decision without even thinking about it more. He is holding his own, but I think he wants to be closer to home now. He is getting homesick, and that is his doings though, and some thinks now he made a mistake of a choice.

While that may be true, just because a true freshman "may start" doesn't have anything to do with it. Pretty sure Bama wasn't thin at QB when Tua took over for Hurts or countless other examples of true freshman starting in the SEC.

He was reliable for us his last year or so but iirc his sophomore season he was huge liability in the pass coverage when we played Oklahoma. Not to mention him and everyone else on defense could never wrap up on a tackle and take terrible angles.

True and Kirkland was disruptive his Freshman year I will hope for the best!

Why does everything have to be taken out of context? You can't assume he was bashing Jumper! He was probably bashing Butch like most all of Volnation has for putting Jalen ahead of Alvin amongst tons of other idiotic moves!!! I am sure he was saying Butch would start an average player over a stud due to his ignorance. That doesn't mean he was bashing Jumper. We should all admire Jumper for his play and giving his all. But, that doesn't make Jumper a stud like To'oto'o will be!!!

No. No, he is not. He was cut last year by the saints after like the 2nd preseason game and then played in the AAF, and didn’t do anything. I wasn’t even bashing him, I was bashing Butch. Sorry, Mr. Jumper.

Best players are going to be on the field no matter their class. Pruitt has zero problems starting freshmen as we have seen. TooToo played in a nationally prominent hs program in NorCal, chances are he knows this defense like the back of his hand.
