Yeah, I mean it didn't really sound like a back issue, sympathy response.

Fully admit it's my feeling, he didn't give any information. All based on tone.

Meh, it was scary as it was. I'm choosing to look positively as possible and say if we get Solomon eligible, we traded evenly and that's that. Just treat it like nothing happened to Gooden and Solomon got denied his waiver. Bout the same right? I think we'll survive either way. Unless Solomon really is denied and then maaaaan I'll need a drink...or a bottle.

Defensive line was always an unknown this season with very little experience coming back. Unknown doesn't mean they will definitely be bad though. They could be. Or they could actually be better than what we had. There's definitely more of a rotation and more size and strength. I'm just not as worried as most people I guess. Pretty excited to see how they play. I think they'll be pretty good.

I'm sure there's a lot of frustration today. They've invested a lot of time helping Niehaus put on the right kind of weight and get his body right. He sat out a lot in the spring and has been limited in workouts. And now he's fallen down the rotation and decides to walk, four days into camp.

Someone had suggested earlier that it might have been his back, like an injury that made him have to quit.
I was saying Pruitt didn't seem like that was how it had gone. Sounds like he may have just quit.
