I know, I know but if the Florida n** s****ers insist on talking non stop about them, then I'm at least gonna choose which topic I discuss. That has nothing to do with how good a football coach he is. He went 0-8 against Nick and Alabama, a bunch other people lost a bunch to them too, so that's awesome.
Freak is a better business man than me. Day 1, that's all I'm sayingHere you go boys, this is what you wanted. Don't pay me any attention, I'm just off my meds and triggered.
Oh but we need thier valuable input. One of these days they might let something slip and we can tell Jeremy about it and maybe win a game. Then once we win one or two, we won't need them anymore.
If y’all really want to delve into a true rivalry that’s dying, it would be Alabama-Tennessee.
A portion of the fan base doesn’t want to even play the game anymore.
He knows all of that, especially the cyclical nature of the TN/UA rivalry.I wouldn't say that. For the most part, the last 30 yrs in the TN/Ala rivalry has been based on streaks..Ala had theirs before Fulmer was hired, then TN went the better part of a decade not losing to Ala and now it's continued that trend with Alabama's current streak. I remember when we were on our win streak vs Ala everyone, including the media was saying that Ala would never be able to catch TN or consistently beat us. TN/Ala has been cyclical my entire life. It's always going to be a huge rivalry with Fans and Players. Both teams and fan bases hate the other..I didn't change during Fulmers run and hasn't changed during Saban's run. It hasn't been a rivalry where teams rotate wins every year or every few yrs since way before Fulmer became our HC. There was a mini run like that between our streak and theirs, but for the most part it's now how the TN/Ala series and rivalry has been. No true Vol or Ala Fan ever wants the series to not be played every year. To me Ala is our biggest rivalry and always will be.
I have said this before, but here it goes.
It was like the Pats-Colts. Both teams were really good. The game had meaning. It was called a rivalry. It’s not a rivalry and that’s not what makes a rivalry, IMO.
The Steelers-Browns is a rivalry no matter how bad the Browns have stunk it up over the years.
So, Florida-Tennessee has never been a rivalry to me and I know that’s a minority opinion.
At this current point in time, beating South Carolina has more meaning because of Will Muschamp being their head coach.
Here's hoping that we both beat Will and his boys. Can't stand that man!!!
What do you mean, how we view vandy? Even Vandy owns us right now.I'm a die hard Vol Fan im 26 years old and can only remember the 2016 game since we beat the Gators. Does Florida even consider this a rivalry? OR do they view us like we view vandy?
How many wins in a row do we need to keep this a rivalry again?
This is pathetic right now.
Dont even get me started on UT- BAMA....
