Nobody said that Mehlen wasn't a pretty good coach. Not sure what point you're making. He wouldn't have went 10-3 with our roster.
My original point? Was simply that he went 10-3 and that one's W/L record is any coach's ultimate judgment, regardless of context.

My other point was saying "he went 10-3 due to having 6 nfl draftees" may be a circular argument, aka begging the question: Circular reasoning - Wikipedia

Anyone else been experiencing biggg lag and slowwww responsiveness on mobile the last week or so on here? I'm on android, S7edge. Not laggy on other sites for me.

Yall are a lot more confident in fLorida's demise than I am with Danny boy at the helm. He took them from 4-7 to 10-3 in year one including an absolute molestation of our guys on national TV. Hopefully this tough offseason leads to an opening loss to Miami and a thrashing by us but it'll be pretty tough. That being said screw fLorida.

If Pruitt can beat Mullen in the Swamp this year then we can puff out our chests and talk about the rise of TN football and the decline of the Gators. Until then it’s just the same ol’ posturing.

Right now the narrative sounds like last years credit card scandal where we were all patting each other on the back over the upcoming victory then reality hit yet again.

If Mullen continues this streak of misfortune I think we finally cash it in on a September Saturday in 2020.

I’m not going to get back into arguing their size but to me the DL is our worst position group. I think that’s the group that could really hurt us and keep us from winning 8-9 games

JMO

Main defensive, probably team, weakness, don't think anyone is arguing that. Having some size is nice regardless and should buffer some of the talent, depth, and experience deficiencies there.

He had 6...we had zero. Straight shot...no exits.

I.e. he had more talent than us. Not that hard to understand

It's like I say "1 + 1 = 2" and you say "But ut= 1". Wth? Lol. This had nothing to do with UT!! I said, for the 5th time now, that W/L, regardless of context, is what matters ultimately (to UF fans, history, etc). Nothing to do with UT smdh lol
