Dude...I loved it. So much close by to do both outdoors and in. I would love to move out there. I love the west in general, and it would be the perfect base for travel. I hate hate hate cold weather for mire than a few days, living in T-Bay ruined me.

Relatively dry & cool in the summer, depends how much snow you can handle in the winter. Here in Ruidoso it's fairly mild.

Never heard of it, but I can’t get away with heavy squats more than twice per week. My recovery is a cat and mouse game with hip flexors that affect my back, so I have to be smart and careful

I love living in Kingston. 15 to 20 minutes to Knoxville, 1 hour to Chattanooga, 1 1/2 hours to Nashville, plus our water and Mountain views. I know, I sound like a travel guide, lol.

Same here. My left hip flexor is a pain to loosen up.

Yes, Ten Mile is about 20 minutes down river road. If ever there, check out Gus’s, they have a sloppy chicken sandwich which is pretty good, and I don’t even like chicken, lol. BBQ ribs are good also.
