Yeah, I know. I was just wondering if that would mean as much to them as it would to me. I'm sure their facilities are amazing. Although I read an article about facilities the other day, and Tennessee was like 3rd or 4th. It also said when the stadium was renovated we would be #1.I’m just saying they upgraded all of their facilities to include building the biggest stadium there is in order to better recruit. That is called commitment lol.

Speed > bulk.
Kamara > Hurd.
Bulk size is overrated. This ain't the 1970s, 2 yards and a cloud of dust. Get in space. Spread out. Run by people.
That’s great! I’m sure you are extremely proud. Keep up the grind and hopefully you don’t have too pay for that college degreeForgot to dad brag bout my daughter, I’ll make it short. Daughter plays softball age 15 on a 18u team. Played in the nationals last week in front of several college coaches. Got invited to several smaller schools and UAB in the fall for a visit.
Well... Actually she wants to be a Anesthesiologist, so the classes don’t align for that and softball. Good thing is she’s smart, so hopefully she gets a ride for academics if she stays this path. But, yes, super proud. That’s great! I’m sure you are extremely proud. Keep up the grind and hopefully you don’t have too pay for that college degree

It’s the softball schedule vs. classes needed. They don’t align. She could take basic classes first 2 years and be able to play ball, but would have to quit after that. We’re going to see which schools will work with what she wants to major in as we get closer, she’ll be a sophomore this year.Basic sciences don’t align for that?
the major is irrelevant. I had classmates that were majors in various non-STEM fields. all she needs is prerequisite classes. feel free to pm me if you/she have any q's about the application process. Its been 8 years since I did it but I remember the struggle. fwiw, several of my classmates were involved in athletics including a member of the UF softball team that won a title. so it definitely is possible to juggle sports and school. she may just need to look for a place that can help her achieve thatIt’s the softball schedule vs. classes needed. Psychology is becoming a popular major for anyone going into the medical field. Just needs the basic Biology and Chemistry classes. It’s the softball schedule vs. classes needed. They don’t align. I hear what you’re say but. We’ve been to several camp since she was 12. Most, but not all coaches give a little speech letting potential prospects know what is needed to be a part of their program. Lawyers and Drs are usually a no no for most programs. There are some that will work with you though. It’s just gonna depend on the right fit for her when we get closer to that decision time.the major is irrelevant.
