VA Abandoned More Than 200,000 Vets' Health Care Applications: Report

Aww hell, I called last week, local VA, to ask about where my case stands, the one that does referrals told me she saw where a second opinion was requested but it hadn’t gone anywhere yet. Now I have to call once a week (Wednesdays) to see the status of it. I don’t post much about it anymore because I get tired of bisching about it. That article explains a lot.

It's sad that the VA is this inept and, what seems to be, uncaring about the people they are supposed to serve.

I would invoke the new plan where you can seek help outside the VA since you have deemed they abandoned you.
