Stand on the piers and take out your baddest driver. Bonus points hitting the yuppies on their boats wearing all white.Going to Charleston at the end of the month and got my new golf clubs just in time. Looking at playing Shadowmoss while I am there but does anyone have any other course suggestions for Charleston?
I'd be pumped with a Top 5 class. I just don't see it happening unless we win the East at least because that means we recruit better than Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, and Georgia. I just don't see that happening unless those guys have an odd bad year which is possible just unlikely to me. I think top 10 is a real possibility though.
But I mean actual top 5 - not what services say. An OSU top 5 class is usually more like a top 10 in truth. The way Butch classes were. A #11 Pruitt class is really top 5 with his eval skills so far above everyone else.
Just look at our 85 rated kids in our current class - they are monsters once you look into them.
Ohio state is one of the best teams in the country every year. I would say their recruiting classes are about as top 5 as top 5 can get.
Just look at the nfl drafts.
Just be prepared for the heat in that area this time of year. I played a lot in Beaufort (30 mins. away) this time a couple years ago. I compare Beaufort to the gates of hell.Saw Wild Dunes online, looks really nice. The Harbor course there was pretty reasonably priced too. Main reason I’m eyeing Shadowmoss at the moment is the value. Tee times only $30-40ish a round right now.
In-laws just bought a house in Charleston so I plan to play a new course every time we go visit.

Haha I'll be in polk county tomorrow. Fully prepared for flakka'd out gator encounters.I love to play really ****** public courses. Theres one in Lakeland Florida called Bramble Ridge and it starts off with a dog leg par 5. I smashed the ball off of the tee with my driver and it screamed to the right and into the woods. As I rise from picking up my tee saying 'I'm hitting another one at the end" , here comes that magnificent white ball rolling out of the woods into the middle of that fairway. That sir... is the Bramble Ridge Roll.

They sure do fail too much for that to be. Shoot, they were "#1" in the team talent composite last year, yet them and ole Schiano gave up nearly as many PPG as we did last year.
