2020 Presidential Race

That is funny. Rasmussen did magically bump him up to 50% from 46% overnight, but he dropped in every other poll. Politico has his approval rating at 40%. His RCP Average is just 44.6% even including the Rasmussen outlier.

I hope he believes it, so he can dig himself into the thirties, tweeting more of racist controversial comments.

The poll showing Crooked Hillary winning in a LANDSLIDE in the 2016 presidential election.
Wait a minute. That is wrong and you should know this. Rasmussen was actually closer than any other poll in the 2016 election. They had the popular vote percentage spot on, and I'm pretty sure that they also had Trump narrowly winning in the electoral college as well. Trump and his supporters love to point that out whenever someone accuses Rasmussen of being biased. I'm surprised that you missed that. You are off your game, tonight.

I hadn't heard of that... it does sound like there could be a strong case to be made for immigration fraud against her. That's not good. It amounts to a much better argument against her being in Congress than anything else that Trump has said. Thanks for posting.
You really need to look at sources other than MSNBC and CNN. They will never cover stories that make the left look bad.

Ilhan Omar may have broken federal tax law, according to new campaign finance report

A report released by the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board shows that Rep. Ilhan Omar broke federal tax law by filing her taxes jointly with a man to whom she was not legally married.

The Thursday report found that Omar filed joint tax returns in 2014 and 2015 with Ahmed Hirsi, her current husband, whom she did not legally marry until 2018.

The Minnesota Democrat had originally married Hirsi in a religious ceremony in 2002, but the couple separated in 2008. Omar then legally married another man, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, in 2009. The two divorced according to their faith tradition in 2011, but Omar did not legally end the divorce until 2017.

Omar got back together with Hirsi, her first husband, in 2012 but they were not legally married and eligible to file taxes together until 2018.

The finding by the Minnesota Campaign Board means Omar tax returns were in violation of federal law. The IRS defers to state law to determine legal marriages for tax purposes, and the Minnesota Department of Revenue states it is unlawful for couples to file taxes jointly unless they are legally married under Minnesota law.

The report was released after a complaint was filed in 2018 alleging Omar had committed campaign finance violations.

Report: Ilhan Omar to Visit Israel to Learn More About the ‘Occupation’

Freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who has a long history of making antisemitic remarks, revealed that she will soon visit Israel.

Omar told J-Insider Capitol Hill reporter Laura Kelly on Wednesday that she will visit the Jewish state and “Palestine” in a “few weeks” and learn more about the so-called “occupation.”

“Everything that I hear points to both sides feeling like there is still an occupation,” she said.

Since coming to Washington last year, Omar has received intense scrutiny for her antisemitic remarks, though Democrat leaders have refused to take action.

In 2012, Omar wrote on Twitter that Israel had “hypnotized the world” and said, “may Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings” of the Jewish state. The progressive lawmaker tweeted in February that supports in Congress for Israel is “all about the Benjamins baby,” falsely suggesting that American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) bribes lawmakers to support the country. The antisemitic remark drew praisefrom infamous white supremacist David Duke.

Although Omar eventually apologized for inferencing Jews buy influence on Capitol Hill, weeks later she
claimed pro-Israel congressmen hold “allegiance to a foreign country.”

Top House Democrats condemned the statement, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and House Foreign Affairs Committee chairman Rep. Eliot Engel (D-NY), yet Omar would not apologize this time for her anti-Jewish slur.

Appearing Wednesday on CBS This Morning, Omar said she had no regrets about her past antisemitic comments. When asked by interviewer Gayle King if she had regrets, the progressive lawmaker replied: “I do not, but I am grateful for the opportunity to really learn how my words have made people feel and take every opportunity I have to make sure people understand that I apologize for it.”

Watch: Trump mocks protester being 'sent home to mommy,' after interrupting rally

President Trump mocked a protester who interrupted his campaign rally in North Carolina on Wednesday, joking the man lived at home with his mother.

The young man, who began shouting and waving a piece of paper as the president riffed on Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., was humiliating his family, Trump told the adoring crowd.

"He goes home now to Mommy and he gets reprimanded and that's the end," he said.

"Sorry, Mom, didn't mean to embarrass you," the president added, imagining what the man would tell his mother after being evicted from the Greenville event.

Former Bernie aide who joined Biden team blasts 'progressive media' over criticism

Senior adviser to the Biden campaign Symone Sanders took aim at "progressive media" on Wednesday over criticism she received for shifting from her support of Medicare-for-all.

Sanders, who previously served as the press secretary for Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-VT, during the 2016 election, now has softened her position on Medicare-for-all since joining forces with former Vice President Joe Biden, whose campaign released its plan to expand the Affordable Care Act.

She was recently challenged on abandoning her support for Medicare-for-all during a CNN interview where she accused "Out Front" anchor Erin Burnett of "gotcha journalism" and was later criticized by hosts of the liberal news outlet The Young Turks, who say Sanders was "blindsided" by the line of questioning.

"I thought her answer was bad," host Ana Kasparian reacted. "You should expect that question, you should be prepared to answer that question. Instead, she got angry, she accused Erin Burnett of 'gotcha journalism.' You should be ready to explain why you no longer support a proposal that you championed- that you pretended to be incredibly supportive of when you were working for Bernie Sanders. Why did you change your mind?"

Agreed but it's not on the left. I guess I like a different approach to most of my fellow Trump supporters on here. I just think this 3rd grade approach has worn old. For his sake, I hope he made the right calculation because we need the moderate vote.

If the true moderate voters are looking for a candidate to vote for in the general election, their ONLY choice will have to be President Trump.

There is not one single true moderate candidate running for president among the democrats.

Haven't you done exactly the same thing here? Based on what I've seen... The evidence pointing to Trump being prejudiced against people of color (not just blacks), is more compelling than anything I've seen pointing to the contrary.

I will admit you can point to things here and there which even a reasonable person might believe prove that Trump does not harbor any prejudice towards blacks.... but I can also point to the fact that Hitler was also very kind to at least one Jew (his mother).
There you go again (meaning you Dems)
