I have a Cannondale CAAD road bike that I love. My mountain bike is a Schwinn Homegrown from the late 90’s when they were awesome. It is not in great shape.

Im just not much on the organs I guess. I don't like liver of any kind, I won't even try haggis and I've had menudo and liked it, until they told me what it was...so I'm done with that. Chupa says she makes a good one, but I don't know.

It's not an organ, but I remember the first time I tried pig tongue like it was yesterday. My church had a social event and smoked a whole hog. My dad gave me a piece of the tongue after after it roasted all night and it was delicious.

I've had cow tongue and heart and both were prepared perfectly and really amazing, but I have a mental issue with them both and haven't been able to get past it.

Ill probably give it another go, but I'm in no hurry.
