I'm thinking the Luxardo cherry juice which is thick as syrup, mixed with your blackstrap molasses and muscovoda sugar for canndied bacon and/or bacon jam...

Also some heat added like Habanero, Scotch Bonnet or just crushed red pepper for a salmon glaze.

Im just not much on the organs I guess. I don't like liver of any kind, I won't even try haggis and I've had menudo and liked it, until they told me what it was...so I'm done with that. Chupa says she makes a good one, but I don't know.

Chupa cooks Menudo? Is that why they were always getting new members.

I've always wondered why they called themselves that, but never cared enough to look it up.
