Let’s not read to much in to a drill like that. Remember when Khalil McKenzie was destroying people in a similar drill? And that might have been the last time he destroyed someone....

Ha ha. I was convinced he was the biggest “can’t miss” prospect of the Butch Jones era. After him, I decided once and for all I know nothing about evaluating recruits. In my years watching recruiting and college football, I’ve learned that you need a high volume of 4- and 5- star recruits to win championships. But ive also seen that you can win a lot of ballgames with 3-stars, sprinkled in with occasional 4- and 5- stars.... unless you are Tennessee post-Fulmer. In that case, you can’t win at a high level regardless of recruiting rankings. Ha ha! Hope the tide changes soon!

I didn’t say anything about him transferring. We should have used his eligibility when we had a chance at a final 4. Now we don’t get any years out of him, and we got bounced in the S16. Double whammy.

He wasn’t helping us advance past the S16 lmao

He wasn’t playing because he wasn’t ready

Mens team would kick the dog **** out of the womens. it's not close.

A decent boy’s travel team at the high school level would beat our women’s national team. Every single one of our women would be outgunned in every single manner against the boys- speed, strength, quickness, stamina, ferociousness, toughness...everything.

The chasm is THAT BIG.

Just got caught up on the game. What a performance by England. Much more dangerous than I expected. They had every opportunity to take it to extra time.

Great job on the penalty kick by Naeher. Nerves of steel!!!

Go RW&B!

There's a lot less diving and whining in the women's game which I appreciate. And I wish they would either call more illegal throw ins or change the rule cause professional soccer games, men's and women's, are littered with illegal throws. If yer not gonna call it then change the rule.
theres less diving because they cant control the ball so it just pops out with no (wo)man on. The amount of times an unforced turnover happened in the open field was astounding. Bad touches during light jobs, passes that didnt even make sense. It was atrocious.

On the illegal throw, we all skirt the rule to a degree. The call was the right one though.

Serious question. Let’s just say they don’t give recruits bags of money.

What is it that UGA offers to get pretty much anybody they want. I can understand Bama. I can understand Clemson. I’ve heard multiple recruits say essentially they can win a championship at UGA. Is all this from 2 years ago when the appeared in the NC game when they had 2 1st round RB’s? Other than that was are they selling?

Success. They've been one of the winngest teams in the toughest conference in the country since 2000. In just the past 8 years, they have had SIX 10+ win seasons. Kids recognize them as a team that wins a lot.

Kirby took it to a whole new level when they won the SEC and was 1 play away from a national championship and probably should have won it. Kids know they have every chance to win a title there.

Womens soccer is awful. No awareness, no power, no accuracy, formations are awful.

THEY JUST GOT CALLED FOR AN ILLEGAL THROW IN THE SEMI FINALS OF THE WORLD ****ING CUP

I'd much rather watch the USWNT. They are dominant AF. Fun to watch. Yes, OFC they have less overall speed, ability, etc. than men's, but they crush teams. Like the 90's Lady Vols vs 90's MBB. Sure 1 could dunk and the other couldn't. But the other KICKED ASS. Just plain entertaining.

They actually called 2 illegal throws. One on each team.

Has your masculinity been fully reinforced now? Username matches the level of overcompensation.

I'm with 88. It was not fun watching the women make a ground pass and the receiver is unable to control the pass. Then the ball bounces 10 yards off their foot. The best part was the huge save by Naeher. Not taking away from the save because like I said it was huge but it was a weak shot by England

It's happened before, a U15 Dallas area boys all star team beat them like 7-2.
