Technically the girl wasn't supposed to say anything, but she did. It's definitely a cist, and it's ruptured. We wait on the dr to find out what they'll do. The dr already mentioned that was possibly the problem, and said depending on the test they may keep her here and it may be okay, or have to send her to Atlanta if it's too bad. I'm no expert, but I'll know more when the Dr comes in.
Ruptured ovarian cysts hurt like sonzabeetches. DD#2 had one in her early 20's, and while we were in the ER, morphine wouldn't touch it. It took Dilaudid to get her to where she wasn't quietly crying, tears leaking down her cheeks.

Hope they find out soon and take care of it!

That's remarkable that she did so well at the meet and qualified for state when she was anemic. She must have a will of iron!

Right?! Poor thing was upset she couldn't swim her favorite though. The first thing the Dr said when she walked into the room was "you're anemic",. My daughter freaked out cause she thought it was something much worse. She was hurting though, her crying like that made me cry. I'm a mean little heathen punk, but my girls melt my heart in an instant.
