Did State Run Radio change their podcast subscription or something? I always like to catch Hubbs on Thursday night on my morning commute every Friday. Honestly don't know, I don't deal with construction or architecture. I've heard keeping things in a single footprint is less expensive, I just think you could rearrange the floorplan a bit to open up the space more....

My suggestion is to go walk through double wides. Find something you like and get a floorplan, then you'll have a better idea of what size room you want and reference material for whomever you go to for building it.
