They all have problems, including Trump and that other random Republican dude running against him. Just have to vote for who you think is the lesser of the collected evils.Booty has a black folk problem. Kamala has a ***k your way to the top problem, and Pocahontas has a problem that she comes off like an elitist college professor..

The only candidate I would 100% agree with would be me. #zeppelin2020
Buttigieg responded to shouts from the crowd, "I will say that if anyone who is on patrol is shown to be a racist, or to do something racist in a way that is substantiated, that is their last day on the street."Mayor Pete appears to be on the ropes taking blow after blow from the African American community.

"I just think it is my job," Buttigieg said. "I don't know if it is smart or not. I don't know if it is strategic or not, but it is my city and I have a relationship with everybody in this city...And when somebody loses their life because of a civilian or because of an officer and it is happening all over the country, but it is happening here. Then I feel like it is my job to face it."
Pete Buttigieg faces off with residents in tense, raw South Bend town hall
Been a tough few days for Pete, but he went home when there was a problem, engaged much more than most politicians would, suspended the cop, and is actually trying to address and fix the problem. He also recently moved to third in the SC primary (primarily African-American) behind Biden and Warren. He isn't avoiding the issue.
He didn't pander. He left the campaign trail and engaged with the folks that elected him to be their mayor. The city is looking into it, the cop was immediately placed on leave, he supports appointing an independent investigator into the incident, not sure how he could have responded better honestly. I don't know the full situation in South Bend, I haven't followed it that closely. But I give Pete credit because he went home and addressed the people that elected him mayor and the problem. And not just with press conferences, rallies, or tweets, but in a town hall where he was open to his community and their questions, complaints, and concerns. This is what we should want in our elected representatives; Pete knocked it out of the park on this.He pandered to the mob. They don’t care about anything but allowing black criminals to do whatever they want without consequences. The cop should’ve already been on administrative leave so Pete didn’t do anything but play the optics game of which they don’t care about. As always it’s not about equal rights it’s about SPECIAL RIGHTS which is bs. He should’ve said that criminals that threaten harm to law enforcement or innocent civilians will be met with force, deadly force if there’s even a question about anyone’s safety. If the routine investigation shows wrongdoing by law enforcement then there will be charges. That’s it.
I find it funny that democrats who want to be the leader of the free world can't even keep their half dozen supporters under control at their "rallies".
And now Fakeahauntus is saying gays need tax reparations because they paid more taxes before they could marry..lol. Lunatics..all of em.

It is a little more nuanced than that. Massachusetts legalized gay marriage before the feds. LGBTQ couples in Mass. couldn't file jointly because the feds didn't recognize their marriage as legal, even though the state did. She's asking for back taxes to be paid to those specific couples that were married legally in the state of Massachusetts before it became legal nationwide.I find it funny that democrats who want to be the leader of the free world can't even keep their half dozen supporters under control at their "rallies".

He didn't look weak at all. It looked like he actually gave a damn about his constituents by engaging with them directly and answering their questions/concerns.What problem? Criminal threatened law enforcement safety and now won’t anymore. Problem was solved. Why the need for an independent investigation? It’s not like he’s dealing with rational people and instead of showing them how crazy they are he looked extremely weak.
Give it up. He's finished. Like I have been saying for awhile, he has a black folk problem. If you don't kiss they a$$, you don't get they vote. If you're a Democrat, and don't get they vote, you lose.He didn't look weak at all. He's not finished. He could have easily hid behind press statements, interviews, tweets. But he didn't, he went home and engaged those that had a problem with him directly. It will work in his favor in the long term; he wasn't scared to address not only the issue, but the people with the issue directly. That should be what we want in our elected officials. Pete should be applauded.Give it up. He's finished. Like I have been saying for awhile, he has a black folk problem. If you don't kiss they a$$, you don't get they vote. He's toast. Not down with the struggle. He's not finished. He could have easily hid behind press statements, interviews, tweets.
