Marlin Lane nods in agreement. After you commit to Clemson, they will pull your offer if you visit elsewhere
The player was vadal Alexander. But the worst part is this booster was president of the foundation and stole $550k in donations for cancer patients to pay recruits and such. Absolute scum bag.SIAP
New revelations expand LSU’s NCAA issues
For those that wonder why weird decisions and crazy things happen in recruiting.
This player who was a top 150 player. Like not even top 100 got 180k in 2012. You can imagine how much money is being thrown around.
Apparently he has a "different set of rules for certain players"Haven’t seen it tested with the Trevor Lawrence’s and Tee Higgins level COMMITS yet. Bound to happen someday. Then we’ll crown him.
The policy of course is implemented on an individual basis now, but it causes issues when some players are seen to have a different set of rules than others.
This year is a great example where Feaster and Cooper stretch the rule and take a visit elsewhere. Both continue to say they are committed to Clemson, but the truth is your commitment is not 100% if you are taking visits to other schools. And even if you say you are once you take other visits things can certainly change where that commitment percentage goes down.
Then we have Powell announcing this past week that he is "still committed to Clemson", but will take other official visits
