I don’t work for a mortgage company or a bank but I do know without PMI of some sort then you buy it out or out 20 percent down or get a VA loan. I do loan a lot of my own money however.

I have a VA loan. No PMI. AND, it's still 2019

Because everyone is a veteran. It is one of the best loans for a disabled vet or if you stay in the house a long time because the funding fee can be quite large if you are not disabled. But that’s a racket as well.

When you're already dirty/nasty, might as well tackle some of the dirty/nasty jobs around the house. My trifecta includes cleaning the smoker then the shopvac and the buckethead I use to clean the smoker with.

Ordinarily, I'd rejoice over that, but they're one of the few programs in the SEC that can give Bama trouble. Seeing them weaker makes the road for Bama easier, and that's never a good thing.
