As a veteran, I'm happy for anyone who served to receive everything they are entitled.

As a businessman, I'm kinda tired of the "business is evil" crap. And no, I'm not in banking.

I don't think big business is evil. My company does work for some very big companies. I just don't like PMI.

Shouldn’t the closer it gets to the All-Star break. We have a great farm system but they ain’t gettin a Texeira haul. Phillies shelled out a ton this offseason so I’m thinking they have to be gun shy at this point.

I'm not a huge fan of PMI but I'm even less a fan of having to absorb another crash because a bunch of idiots overbought. We are due for a correction in the housing market sooner rather than later, and there will be job losses. People will default and foreclosures will happen. If I controlled a lending institution, I would not lend to anyone who didn't put down at least 20% on a mortgage. Part of the point of requiring the downpayment is to see a demonstration of financial maturity and responsibility.
