I would have to look into that more... but for now, we should all be able to agree that the Secretary of Transportation owning stock in Vulcan Materials, is unethical and that should be unacceptable in our federal government. If you are working in a cabinet position for the purpose of enriching yourself, you are there for the wrong reason. This has been a common theme from Trump appointees, however.

Elaine Chao did not disclose this stock holding during her Senate confirmation hearing.... nor did her husband, who just happens to be the majority leader of the United States Senate. That is outrageous.

Preach it from the roof tops BowlBrother85. One day someone will hear the concern & still do nothing.

6:30 p.m.

Hundreds of anti-Trump protesters clapped and took photos when a 20-foot blimp of a snarling Trump baby in a diaper was inflated near the Orlando, Florida, arena where President Donald Trump was set to formally launch his reelection campaign

It wasn't the only helium-filled balloon outside Tuesday's rally. Lane Blackwell, who owns a clothing and swimwear store in Orlando, had manufactured 200 small balloons with Trump in a diaper.

At least twice, groups of men wearing black Proud Boy T-shirts tried to enter the street where the anti-Trump protest was being held. They were stopped by groups of police officers and deputies.

You have to look at both sides of the coin on this one..
The most troubling thing about this Vulcan stock situation with Elaine Chao, is that she did not disclose this stock holding during her senate confirmation hearing (despite it's obvious relevancy). It seems like she probably thought she could get away with not disclosing it, and holding on to the stock (which she did for over two years) because her husband, Mitch McConnell, is the Senate Majority Leader and he would steer her nomination through to confirmation with no questions asked (and there weren't any). This was an outrageous conflict of interest and an incredibly unethical situation.

#Resist. Love see the resistance out in force! Figures that the racist Proud Boys are there in support of Trump, fortunately the cops intervened so they don't get their pansy butts whipped. Screw Trump and the horse he rode in on!

Unfortunately stuff like this goes on all the time. Remember when Michelle O had a no show job at a hospital in Chicago? How about all the kick back money from Planned Parenthood to DIMs that push their agenda. How about the Solyndra scandal where Barrack's Campaign got a huge donation? It's everywhere dude. Wake up.

So where did you buy your lotion & your box of Kleenex? Be going on all night.

Do you have your Antifa Bandana and Bat with you tonight? Gonna go out and kick some butt while hiding your face?

I'm sure it is... but none of it is okay and there is no way that Mitch McConnell wasn't aware of that stock holding in Vulcan. That is a ridiculous situation and he should be censured for it... but he won't be.

You are probably right. They always get away with it unless they piss off the wrong people and those people want to get even. Other than that, both sides have an understanding that it will continue. They are corrupt.

Google your hero, Biden and check his and Kerry's son's relationship to the state owned Bank Of China, and Burisma In Ukraine. They are all in it for the power and money. Neither side is clean. Biden has been there for 47 years. He is part of the problem.

The butt-hurt is strong on this one.
