Once in a lifetime event for most to see the POTUS in person. Pres. Trump is probably the first President I wouldn't mind going to see since Reagan was POTUS when I was a kid.

Serious question here, and I'm just asking because I'm curious, not because I'm belittling your sentiment... but what personal attributes or leadership qualities of Donald Trump do you find so appealing? The biggest reason I see given for why people support Trump has been "He p***es off the libs." That is not really commentary on him, as much as it is the other side of the aisle.

I think a 70k estimate might be reference to how many he hopes are there, inside and out, by the time it gets going. But he did claim thousands were already there. By all accounts that is simply not true.

I ain't going anywhere near downtown. I imagine the campaign is busting in some prop people for outside. Give it a festive atmosphere. Those people will be freaks.

Well I'm a registered Democrat who voted for Trump and will be doing so again.

Trump isn't a lawyer and full time politician. IMO, there is no such thing as a Democrat anymore. 1st term Bill Clinton would be considered a Republican now. IMO

Democrats have seemingly lost their minds. All dems care about is identity politics everything is fine to them illegal immigrants = (more votes), just two genders (wrong, what ever the individual wants you were born one way you can become the other or both. Or you can dress as a woman claim you are one and use the little girls room.

American history - All the founding fathers were racist, All Confederate soldiers were racist and both should be removed from existence. All American soldiers were racist and their graves and war memorials should be desecrated and destroyed.

LGBTQABCDE... is fine and everyone should be in a group.
Climate Change - we are going to die in 10 years if we don't get rid of cars, planes etc.., Its fine to kill a baby if the mother decides she doesn't want it but the death penalty is immoral.

I truly think that deep down a lot of Democrats don't really care about America. A lot saying America was never great. Openly supporting Socialism and I believe a lot of them put on a show when it comes to Patriotism and supporting the Military.

Seemingly every thing Trump touches turns to gold. Things are going great sure he may not be the most elegant in speaking but I really believe that he cares for this country and that's why he was voted into office. I don't think I could say the same thing about his predecessor or his previous opponent or those that are about to be.

Democrats don't deserve to ever hold the Presidency until they denounce the far left socialistic ideas that are destroying a lot of the great cities in this country.

Okay, but your post was still pretty light on Trump's attributes and leadership qualities. I placed in bold what you said about Trump, everything else was related to the Democrats. You do point out that he isn't a lawyer or career politician (neither was George W. Bush, who has an MBA from Yale and once owned the Texas Rangers of MLB). Other than that, your case seems to be that the economy is strong (and it is, the unemployment rate is 3.6%). Your statement that he cares for this country is also probably accurate as well (but I don't think he is alone in that), it's also accurate to say that he never served in the United States Armed Forces (unlike many other Presidents including George H.W. Bush).

You give many more reasons for not liking Democrats than you do reasons in favor of Trump. I can't help but feel that your animus toward Democrats is at the heart of your positive feelings for Trump... based on your own words but thanks for the response. It was a good post.
