Here's a "damn I grew up poor moment" ya know people talk about nostalgia foods from their childhood.

One of my favorites was an aunt would make us cheese bread, it was a slice of bread with cheese on it that she put in the oven until the cheese melted.

Ohhh....when the cheese was all burnt in spots and crispy. Good stuff!
