Verdict on this guy.....

Seemed like he was talked up last Spring (iirc). Then I think reports were he was in the dog house last fall (iirc).

Labruzza gonna find a role on this team or nah?

Would be cool but who’s he gonna take snaps from? Thompson and Taylor were pretty dang good at times as true freshmen. I expect a leap from them this year.

Maybe FS? Give Flowers or Gibbs (if he’s cleared)some competition?

I always thought he might develop in to a lb.

I don't eat the "grossest" foods often, but I don't hate them.

Potted meat is probably it I guess, most people judge hard for that one. Even my wife won't eat it. And I like to dip nacho cheese Doritos into it from time to time.
I just eat it on rye bread with mustard. Please don't tell me what's in it, though.

I can't remember if he had one or two major knee injuries but those can be debilitating for a kid who relies on speed. But even if he's healthy, it's a hard climb for him to get time on the field.

You just know Callaway and Jennings gonna get theirs. Staff loves Palmer and he's been referred to as the best all around receiver on the team. They're steadily trying to make Jordan Murphy happen - and he definitely has needed speed. Plus you know they're going to give Ramel and Tillman some PT both because of talent, as well as to be able to sell "freshman playing time" to 'cruits.
Jacquez just needs to get some snaps in the slot i believe in that kid.

Here's a "damn I grew up poor moment" ya know people talk about nostalgia foods from their childhood.

One of my favorites was an aunt would make us cheese bread, it was a slice of bread with cheese on it that she put in the oven until the cheese melted.
Blackened food before blackening was cool.

Houston's made a fortune off that. People (me included) would go there for the cheese toast.

hope so. he, and several others, from the last couple classes need to be factors on this team if we're going to get close to doing anything we want to do....sooner than later. if the "veterans" on this roster are same old same old, that's how we wind up hovering around that 6 win mark hoping to beat Vandy to go to a bowl.

if we get something out of the middle of this roster, anything productive, that's how we get to 7 or 8 this year.

I doubt the Jones/Lebruzza/Page/etc kids play huge time outside of UTC and UAB, but I do think they can provide two things: specialized depth, and a redemption attitude.

It does take more than 22 players to win in the SEC, and if this bumps us from 30 viable players to 33, that's better than the alternative.
