This. 5-6 YO should be the bare minimum. Before that, they honestly won't remember a thing anyway so why go through the hassle?

Plus, toddlers are jerks.

I took my 4 year-old son to the circus, and he promptly fell asleep. It was dark, and much too far away to keep his interest. In the same way, about 6 or 7 would be my beginning point of thinking about taking a kid. Unless they enjoy sports, and other things surrounding sports, it will not likely hold their interest, and they will make it miserable for everyone.

Maybe take them to a youth football game, and see how that goes first. That will also help to set their expectations. I once took my granddaughter to a play, and she hated it. Later, she let us know that she thought it meant that SHE got to PLAY. It makes perfect sense, now that I look back on it.

Question for you guys, what's the earliest you would suggest bringing a child to a game? I have 15 month old twins and hadn't missed going to at least one game a season since 2009, until last season. I think they will still be too young this season, but maybe next? I'm just itching to get back, but want to bring them along.

O&W game is a good trial run with little ones.

I do sometimes, but when I do shop, I want to go in and pick out my own stuff. I don't want some punk-assed 19 year old picking out my pot roast, LOL. I just don't want to spend a ton of extra time looking for stuff that has been moved around because some marketing genius thought it was a good idea.
I think they do that to make you wander around hoping you will buy more than you came for

Speaking of children...my 4 yr old son Sutton made spit out my drink last night...my wife told him if he didn't clean up his room that we would not be going to the beach next week...he looks her straight in face and says..."Girl.....I don't work for you!"...and just walked away....I absolutely lost it.
