I have a moral dilemma that I hope my VN friends can help me with. I am wondering if it's appropriate to wish that the person who decided to rearrange all of the aisles at my local Kroger gets waylaid by spastic diarrhea for 11 consecutive days? I'm asking for a friend. Thanks.
@HoleInTheRoof would be your best resource on this one.

Anything, literally anything would be better than the same circle jerk arguments. This years schedule, other teams, other sports other alien races. Dont you guys get tired of making the same points over and over about the past regimes?

Insufferable. Isn’t your period over yet?

From a story before he signed on mlb.com:

Because the Astros made Keuchel a one-year, $17.9 million qualifying offer in November, and the Red Sox did the same for Kimbrel, both players had their free agencies tied to Draft compensation. When a player rejects a QO and then signs with a new team, that team is subject to a penalty that affects its Draft picks.

Given the value clubs place on those picks -- and the young talent they produce -- these penalties serve as a deterrent. However, if a team waits until the Draft, those penalties disappear.

That is why.
He’s getting $15 mil per...he wanted more. True story.

I've noticed that at two Nashville area (Berry Hill and Westhaven) Kroger's they've spread the "health foods" throughout the store. They've kept the old set up with dedicated "health food" sections at Brentwood and Green Hills. Maybe it has to do with store square footage, or average customer age, or both.

Ask your mom, she knows.

I've grown to really dislike Lebron. Partly because of the constant "GOAT" debates ESPN rehashes about him and MJ almost hourly, but mostly because I think if he ever had to play a game fairly called against him he'd have lesser numbers.

Never seen a player get away with so many walks and charges in my life (thus far) watching NBA ball.

I agree - very bizarre retail theory. Let's confuse the public and remove logic from their buying decisions.
