When is VN going to create a rec league? What position would yall play?

Depends on the Sport.

Football: guy carrying coach’s headphones

Basketball: guy with the cool floor mop that wipes up sweat under rim.

Baseball: guy that weedeats the fence line.

Soccer: not a real sport

And I would be the starter in all those positions. #pullup

Linebacker Henry To’oto’o will be in town next week following a late graduation. To’oto’o will arrive healthy. His foot has healed. He is recovering from an appendectomy but is expected to be full go upon arrival.

Also, offensive lineman Darnell Wright arrived around 325 pounds. Overall, the newcomers appear to be in solid shape upon arrival.

Jeremy Pruitt made it clear on the Paul Finebaum Show that he likes some things about this team in year two particularly with how this team looks physically noting that over the last two years some linemen have put on 30-40 pounds. Pruitt has certainly not bragged about his defensive line, but he does have some confidence in a group that hasn’t played a lot of football. Pruitt’s biggest concern is depth. Depth that will be tested with three afternoon games to start the season (maybe four depending on the Florida start time).

One veteran looking to return from injury is Baylen Buchanan. The upperclassmen will be looked to make an impact at nickel but nagging shoulder injuries have hurt his growth.

There’s no change in the status of Trey Smith. He continues to do everything workout wise. But is not cleared for contact. Smith will see medical specialists later this summer to determine where things are and what his realistic chances are of returning to football this fall.

The calculator can tell you malnutrition but for ideal weight for each individual, it has to be done by a Dr.
They consider - Muscle or fat, body type, body shape etc., and so on. Blah blah.

It works for my situation. You guys are trying to figure the Mars landing using the instructions on a model rocket 🚀🙈

And that lying azz mirror.
They have those mirrors that work in the other direction too.

BMI is dumb
Agree, I had to do a health screening for my insurance. I am what you would call stocky (5'-11", 210) and my BMI reading came back 31.0 and they were going to try to make me go to a health class. I lift pretty heavy and run up to 5 miles a couple of times a week, so I'm fairly muscular. I told the lady she was crazy if she thought I was going to that stupid class, she agreed and set my info up to be 29.5 BMI.

Same. I’m 6’1” 200 and in great shape. Not jacked but muscular, and only a 33” waist. Did a health screening at work - something we can participate to save a little on health insurance. Anyways all my numbers came in gold except apparently at my height I’m supposed to weigh no more than 184 iirc. The nurse doing the screening asked if I wanted to receive a consultation call for weight loss. :( I said bish gtfoh with that ish.
