I vehemently oppose abortions yet I am against the stupidity of the law AL just passed. I think the active anti-abortion politicians are hypocrites. If they wanted to end the practice of abortion they would start by:
1. End all child tax credits including EITC
2. Use that money to offer tax credits to anyone who voluntarily has a BC implant or otherwise can verify they are using birth-control.
3. Make the cost of adoption 100% tax deductible whether the filer itemizes or not.

Start with those and I could get on board with outlawing elective abortions at the state level.

It is a male issue because a portion of the babies are male, by your logic. It is a male issue just like war is a female issue despite the draft laws. Its is regressive to suggest a person cannot debate, vote or have a say in a law because of their gender. Utterly ridiculous.

Adoption reform is a must. I don't think anyone is disagreeing with that.

What am I being a hypocrite about? I challenge your data. I could (if I cared to go that far) produce empirical evidence that says it's wrong. If you believe (which I know you do) that girls were just as promiscuous in the 70's as they are now you are delusional.

Where did he personally insult you, an ad hominem attack, did i miss that? If so, i apologize. If not, i stand by what i said. A mod shouldnt call a poster names because he disagrees with him, or doesnt like his attitude. If he insulted you 1st, personally, then i apologize. If he did not, then you are put of line.
