The IRS has his tax returns. If there were legal problems with them, it would be common knowledge by now....and what do you know about the proper size of someone's "declared" losses? Do you have personal knowledge of the transactions? Are you a tax attorney? For that matter, are you even an attorney? The stupidity of some of your comments and perspective in this area makes one wonder.

Losses due to write downs aren’t true losses.

I stated this would happen and here we are.

Idiots reviewing taxes way over their paygrade.

Example....very simple one....make 100k and buy a 125k navigator. Business writes off navigator all in same year due to gvw.

Business made 100k but shows a loss of 25k.

Why is this so hard for the left to get?

Just a thought, but honestly, I would not at all be surprised if Obama didn't have the IRS looking at Trump's taxes once he won the Republican primary. And before people object, it wouldn't surprise me if past Republicans had done the same. IMO, the vast majority of politicians are crooked, and I don't believe Obama is an exception.

I bet his most recent returns dont reflect the net worth of someone worth well in excess of $10BB either. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, Trump has paid very little tax over the years due to aggressive tactics, NOL rules, and being worth only a fraction of what he says hes worrh.

Trump will never release them since it will show the public how small his _________ (income) is

Oh, I have you and everyone else in this board lapped when it comes to this topic.

I've never stated Trump has done anything illegal. I've just started that as a result of our tax law and his operations, his returns would not reflect the net worth of someone whose self proclaimed net worth is in excess of $10BB.

Take a minute...run get your latest tax return and go to the page where your net worth is. Let us know when you find it.

His business ventures may reflect the 10bb net worth. His personal salary can be what he wants it to be.

His personal salary will show nothing. Hell, he could report only making 100k a year.

No harm no foul.
