How about the abolition of the gun free zone?
The teachers at my son's school already are armed and they have an actual officer at each. I'm fine with that.

All gun free zones should not be abolished. Some but the limits already in place for carrying should remain. Ftr I do carry daily

Well the end result is removing the implement from the hands of those who could be dangerous to others. That has to be the goal
If you’re dancing around removing specific weapon types from the hands of law abiding citizens then we’re done again. If you’re instead just expanding on how to prevent ANY firearm type from getting into the hands of mentally ill or unstable individuals while not limiting those arms to law abiding citizens were still listening.

There needs to be a means to restore rights also. If we’re seriously going to go full dumbass and try to let criminals vote then we need to have a means to vacate any restrictions once the individual is better.

Mental health professionals is a start. Trace back the common threads for these shooters and there are serious warning signs for most
That’s a big problem. You’ll just have activist psych’s pushing their own agenda.

It’s curious that you’re all about removing weapons, but don’t bat an eye at all the trash coming up through the southern border. When they kill people you have nothing to say.

Until, we as a society, quit glamorizing the role of being a dickhead, we will have disenfranchised people who will jump to the first cowardly response.

These gun control advocates are obsessed with restricting guns to "save people" but rarely talk about preventing the seed being planted in the first place, which would actually be concerned with the humanity aspect. Want to know one of the most common denominators? disenfranchisement.

Tell your kids not to be a dick to the weird kid. Tell them to stick up for the smelly kid. To care about people. Not rip them for painting their nails black or liking a certain genre or being unable to conduct themselves appropriately in social environments

Most of the mental health facilities have been closed down other than private sectors. Now we have an abundance of overly medicated crazies walking around because of feelz. This problem was created and as usual law abiding gun owners have to take the blunt end because of it.

Yeah I agree with this premise also. Just medicating them and putting them back in the general public is not a good option.

How many times do we see shooters that had warning signs and even LEO visits and they still were able to do what they did.

And the very valid counter argument is how do you prevent misdiagnosis or abuse? It’s a very real concern
