5* have the highest hopes and receive the harshest judgement

Fact is, out of Wanya, Wright, Henry T. 1-2 are likely to underperform, statistically speaking

He's not been counted on since before Spring. Pruitt is trying to change the culture here. We want guys who have the tools and who work hard. We don't want guys who are untalented even if they do work hard. Richmond did not work hard. That is why his transfer does not hurt as much.

Memphis skill player drafted. Another oopsie for us.

Memphis has become the premiere offense in the state. Wish we'd go all spread, upfield offense. It simply produces and is always a threat. I'll be sad if we are like we were last year, regressing in scheme, when Norvell's offense is right there down the road to be studied and adopted. Chaney has all the chops and knowledge to run similar. If we ser another ~20 ppg season with 8 man fronts and fullbacks, I might gouge my eyes out. Running and playing defense is no longer enough to win these days.

Whatever you want Gruden to do, he will make sure to do the opposite.

Raiders fans are in for quite the rollercoaster I suspect. But he's playing the long game and might surprise in 4 or 5 years, if they don't hang him in the streets first.

Yea we will have to disagree on this one. Greedy is lockdown imo. He isn’t great in the run game but as far as coverage skills go, he’s the best in the draft imo.

In fairness, they aren't nearly as poorly run now as they have been historically. I was 8 when they came here, I basically had no choice lol
