Historical setting draws me to it, not pushed away in the slightest. If justified is is a 8.5 i’d put PB a full point ahead. Cillian Murphy is outstanding in it

That historical show with Tom hardy Taboo is another good historical fiction show

Tin Man is another good show in a modern setting
agreed. season 1 was great. season 2 just came out...need to get in to it. tim roth's character...talk about a flawed hero lol.

I've got Taboo on the list, we had the entire series DVR'd and then lost it during a move since Comcast wasn't available in the new area :(

I'd have Justified and PB both at like 9.5 personally. Frontier (not seen the latest season yet) is probably an 8.5 and historically set. But I'm also a huge Jason Momoa fan.

look at Locke's numbers against the best teams he faced vs. the rest of the schedule.....he racked up a bunch of stats against the weaker compeition. not so much against the better teams in the league.....some fear NFL quality defenses will expose him.

Oh I agree, but he also had Dooley as his OC this past season...I don't think Missouri ever really ran a good system for Lock's skillset. I think he'll do better at the NFL level in a true Pro-style offense.

they were on to something with the Bale Batman series. and i think had Ledger lived, they could have done a lot more with that story line....but then you abrubtly change to the darker Ben Affleck batman for this new round of movies....and now, he's out apparently....

anyway, i agree...feels like they're just rushing to put stuff together to just stay in the game.......and not all of it has been very good. i liked Man of Steel. Wonder Woman origin story was pretty good too....i enjoyed it. batman v superman and dawn of justice....eh.
Marvel was patient with setting everything up for years across many movies and origin stories. DC tried to do it all in one movie.

and that's what the other side of the coin says.

and it may be right.

problem is, i don't think there's a QB in this draft that doesnt' have to sides of the coin, which makes me wary when talking about 1st round picks for QB's. i'm just glad neither of my teams are in need of a QB this draft. there are no sure things.....fit should matter most if you're drafting one this season.

Yeah, I'd not use a top 15 on a QB. If one of them ends up being amazing then so be it I guess.

There's a reason Seattle & Pittsburgh both paid Wilson/Ben...don't want either leaving since this class at QB seems weak.

Immediate upside...guy I think I have to start day 1 I'd probably draft Haskins from OSU.

If I can Aaron Rodgers a guy though, I'd take Lock, Grier or Jones

I don't know if I could take Murray....people act like Wilson "shocked" the NFL...that guy had killer numbers in his 4 seasons in college. Was a beast at NC State, and then did it at Wisconsin too. If NC State would have had similar talent to Wisconsin he likely goes in the first round without question.

Ant-Man & the Wasp is where Ant-Man was/is during Infinity Wars. It isn't until the end of the film that the snap happens and he is stuck
I believe there is overlap but I don't think the events of both movies are happening at the exact same time. It seemed like a little bit of time had passed during credits scene of Ant-Man and The Wasp.

What's going on with X-Men? Is that franchise dead film-wise? The 2000 X-Men movie is still one of my favorite superhero films.

Disney/Marvel now owns it. Dark Phoenix I think is the last under fox distribution. I think It will be a few years for them to choose a direction for X-men .... I kinda hope they keep them separate from the current MCU.

The only logical reason Ant-Man wasn't available during IW would be that he was dealing with the house arrest situation after Civil Wars that they addressed in Ant-Man and the Wasp.

But from a Chronological order in the story you'd need to watch Ant-Man & Wasp after IW otherwise you'd have IW spoiled by the post credit scene.

Agreed. I want them to keep them separate from each other.

DC comics have much better stories than Marvel comics. But Marvel Comics has more powerful superheroes. MCU made their movies revolve around the superhero because that's their comics strength. If DC was smart they'd revolve their superheroes around the story. DC animated movie are phenomenal because they focus on the story. They need to start doing that with the DCU

I’m high on Grier and think he would be a great pick up if he’s there in 2nd or 3rd, although I doubt he’s still there in the 3rd. I just feel like Jones is a bust and I’m not sold on Haskins after 1 year of production and him being an Urban Meyer QB. I’m very hesitant on Locke. Has all the physical tools you want but I’m with Jake.. he never seemed to be able to turn the corner against top ranked defenses IIRC. I remember a twitter post before the start of last season which I can’t find anymore, that had Lockes numbers against top defenses and average defenses. He feasted on the lower ranked ones and was average against the top.

I'll be honest I hate Disney got Marvel.

It killed off the Netflix series and will probably alter any sort of other series being available outside of the Disney umbrella (think they have a Hulu partnership thing though?)

Daredevil is one of the best Superhero shows ever created, don't @ me either.

Agree completely, except I’ll take the Punisher over DD.
