My entire life I never wanted to live in a large city. But, I've come to really enjoy Charlotte. I don't venture much to the North and West sides of the city/area, but the South and East sides are really nice and well done. Landscaping looks good and there is a lot of good food joints and things to do.

I live in the Arboretum area.
Fyre edit guy, on the way!

Need a little Vol nation power. Had surgery last Monday, had a lesion removed from my chest and go back to doctor Wed to find out if it was malignant or not. Had it for a while and procrastinated till I went to ER for a kidney stone and nurse saw it, went to get a Dr to examine and referred me to another doc.
So would appreciate good thoughts till Wed. TIA
Bump.
Hope the news was what we wanted hear.

Yep. Rural area in Jefferson County.
Nothing but satellite and DSL from At&t. Utility company has been "going to" install fiber for roughly 4 years so far. They're not even close to actually starting.

Was approved a while back, extremely frustrating but utilities are a necessary monopoly so...
My mom is the same and lives 100 yards of Asheville Highway. Maddening

But this the corrupt organization y’all defend when it comes to allowing more freedoms for athletes. K

I don't recall anyone defending the corrupt organization. As far as I'm concerned if they are not going to have the rule of sitting one year to discourage transfers then they should not stop anyone.

Just got into these this year and on the 4th Bourne book now. Think they’re just as good as the movies, which I really enjoy. 3rd book did drag a little at times.
If I had not seen the movies first, which I absolutely love, then the books wouldn't have been the big let down that they were to me. It isn't really even close to the same story. I would like to get a Bourne book trilogy based on the movies that gets in the head of the movie characters if you know what I mean.

Even the bammers on r/cfb are complaining about all the out of state kids that go there just for the football program, leading to lackluster gamedays and whatnot.

Long story short, screw Bama

Kids go there for the football program, but don't show up for games excited? Is this like a Yogi Berra saying?

What are you talking about the jones guy was wrong but Cooper is a vol and so is the GA kid along with Rogers never out right said his name on Rogers but I did on Cooper and AV confirmed it... which was in the “soon” perimeters. I think Tate will be before it’s all said and done.

But Chris Evans is Human Torch in Fantastic 4 how is he Captain America?

Mark Ruffalo is in Collateral. Eric Bana is The Hulk. Wait maybe Edward Norton is the Hulk too. We can’t have 3 Hulks in the 2000s.

Sorry my friend, but, only my wife gets to confuse the **** out of me.

How Many Marvel Movies Do I Have to See Before Endgame?

Start here. Just think, some of us nerds have over a decade invested into the plot and character development. Enjoy.

Bad thing Jason is Jerry’s boy. Everyone gives jerry crap but he has built a damn good roster. If you put a better coach on Dallas the last handful of years they probably have a Super Bowl imo.
The roster is good because he let's Stephen handle that now. Agree about the ginger though.

Anyone have a subscription to see who the new player is?

I’m sure they’ll be open to it. Once the spring semester ends, I think you’ll see another wave across college football of guys entering and exiting the transfer portal as programs get some clarity regarding their respective scholarship numbers and more players earn their degrees with eligibility remaining.

I haven’t heard many specific names, but USC receiver Velus Jones Jr. is one guy to watch. He’s leaving, but from what I’ve been told, he’s not quite as likely to come to Tennessee as this staff believes he is. Tee Martin has a great relationship with him and he has a family situation that’s prompted him to return closer to his hometown of Saraland, Ala., just outside of Mobile. He was in Knoxville for the spring game, but it’s hard to get a good read on what his plans are.

He sounds pretty likely to earn an immediate eligibility waiver and would be a really nice pickup for the Vols’ thin group of receivers. He’s not a graduate transfer, but he’d serve the same purpose in 2019.
