I'm legit angry tbh.
I live on a curvy county line. The way it curves, the neighbors on BOTH sides have a different utility company with fiber and both also have the option of U- verse.
And I'm not allowed either one!!!
Their utility lines literally cross part of my property. I'm getting mad typing about it lol.
At least the county you live in is beautiful country.

There was a commercial for Capt. America the first avenger coming on Friday.
Don't care for him but will watch if it ties in with the overall story but be honest, does it suck?
The first Captain America movie? Meh. Did a good job explaining the Super Soldier serum transformation...kinda like Iron Man did for Stark’s character. I went to sleep through part of it quite honestly. That’s why I was shocked how good Captain America Winter Soldier was. I’m an old comic book nerd from the 70’s who hasn’t updated since the early 90’s...and I like the movies (mostly).

Yeah Marcus is obviously a great person but 11 TDs and 8 INTs is just not excuseable for a starting QB. Titans could be so much better. Tbh I hope they wait until next year. Lots of good QBs
I don't think the Titans are really interested, I think they are trying to bait some others who are into trading up. Just my opinion but I agree next year is better for qb in draft talent and timing for Titans.

No. I'm not a huge fan of the character. But it's a decent watch for an origin story... And yeah it ties in to the overall story.

The early movies didn’t have the money behind them like the sequels. So they are good story builders and just ok when compared to the last couple of years of marvel.

After you attempted to educate me on the area that has the hospital (Erlanger) listed on my birth certificate, I restated that CURRENTLY properties are being snapped up and turned into yuppie domiciles at a rapid rate. That unique city owned high speed internet running on electrical lines is a draw also. You don’t have 10 years to beat the rush. Crossville has surrounding rural land but it’s not rural by the standard definition either.

Again, I know all of these things. My brother has owned a home in North Shore for 15 years. Stop trying to "educate" me on the area where I also grew up.

Where you now? Alaska? I’m not trying to suggest that Chattanooga is Silicon Valley (that’s where my wife’s from), and if one has a top end middle class tax bracket, they should be fine. But my Mom and stepfather had 3 different retirement checks coming in and he still worked on the side and they needed to pull stakes. It’s not a cheap community anymore.
