Yea, those kinds of food get old for me after a while. I have been running for quite a few years now but not losing weight. I probably need to lose about 10-15 pounds. My doctor just recommended doing keto 2 days a week. Said I would lose weight and not have to do it full time.
He is right.

I've been Keto since the end of December. Dropped 20 pounds of fat I didn't realize I had. I can actually see all of my abs and the small muscles in my back. I do exercise everyday (power yoga in a 90+degree room) and exercise for a living (teach yoga at least once a day in that same hot room), drink at least 2 gallons of water plus electrolyte replenisher each day, plus meditation and 1 day lifting a week.

I was worried about my cholesterol since I had been on stations for a decade (hiperlipidemia). My lipid panel cam back better than ever. No more statins, auto-immune panel looks great, AND for the first time they are lowering my thyroid medication dosage.

Ubben said on the radio yesterday with Josh Ward that, the more he learns about the intern jones era, he is surprised that we ever won a game with him there was so much deficiency in the program.

Glad those things are gone. We don’t know if Pruitt is an elite head coach yet. But we do know that he knows how to coach football and how to run a program.

I think that also means that there was a lot of smoke to the accusation of Jones at CMU and Cincy that he was essentially riding off of Brian Kelly’s previous success and program building. What he was successful at what knowing when to leave when the iron was hot and cashing in. Can’t do that at the top of the food chain.

I would also say that Lawson played a much bigger role.

Rivals Camp in ATL tomorrow...

We’ll have a chance to see and talk to several commits and top targets at the Atlanta Rivals Camp tomorrow, as commits Bailey, Ebony Jackson and Jimmy Calloway will all participate.

Same for guys like Arik Gilbert, Myles Murphy, Tank Bigsby, who Tennessee jumped back into the mix for after last weekend, Kobe Hudson, Zkyeivous Walker, who just name UT in his Top 5,BJ Ojulari, who returned to Tennessee for the umpteenth time last weekend, Len’Neth Whitehead and Brian Branch, two priority defensive recruits, wideout Robert Lewis and Wesley Steiner. Steiner is an impressive athlete from Georgia who recently took a visit to Stanford.

When ever I say Len'Neth Whitehead's name, I feel like I'm making fun of someone with a lisp...
