This report, in-and-of itself, should be absolutely devastating to this or any president. And it would have been had the political Left and their stooges in the media not spent the past 2 years overselling the heck out of it.

As scoop of vanilla ice cream with a little hot fudge on top is pretty great. The vast majority of people would be quite pleased to receive such a treat.
