They may let a player slip a few rounds. Even if a player is basically guaranteed to miss their rookie year they will still draft them.

Sidney Jones blew his Achilles out at his pro day and eagles drafted him in the 2nd round. Jaylon smith basically destroyed his entire knee and the cowboys got him in the 2nd round.

I’m not disputing what Kongbo was saying. Hell i told y’all a few years back that we were doing dumb shi* like full contact practices on fridays before games with butch and we were doing basically double off season conditioning work under Pruitt. But i don’t buy that he was “held back” at all by it.

Can you elaborate on your comment about Barnett punking Kongo and what Kongbo's true colors were?

Then let’s stop putting 20,000 in the stands to support and put 8,000 quiet ones so he can have that UCLA feel. Was a great program but isn’t anymore. Compared to Duke and Kentucky they suck. North Carolina is a blue blood that makes UCLA A CRAP job. Wooden and the bag guys of the past are gone and the fans don’t care.
All it takes is the right coach and then all of a sudden you’re an elite program if you have the recourses which we do. Did anyone think Clemson was a top 5 or even top 10 program say 10-15 years ago?

I think Kongbo was a late round guy and the acl tear killed that possibility.

Not really going into it like that but I’ll tell you He is my favorite vol since Eric berry. Made it out of the mud and was a cold blooded killer in practice, weight room, and during games. He was the leader of the team while he was here. A few players tried to buck up to DB and they came out on the wrong end of things. Kongbo and Hurd to name a few.

I was basically saying kongbo had the tools but didn’t have the dog in him like he needed to to make it to the next level

That was always the take once we all saw him play... Look like Tarzan, play like Jane...

I imagine that when/if we start winning again, we will be an absolutely insufferable bunch. Severance pay for 15 years of sh**** football.
There’s gonna be hell to pay for everyone else’s BS, that’s for sure. The second we win any championship of importance im immediately going full “we are the greatest program in CFB history and it’s not close” mode on everyone.

Older gator fans aren't so bad. The younger ones who don't remember very much before Tebow/Meyer are insufferable.

I used to walk around UFs campus in my Tennessee gear a lot. Most of the guys there are p**sies but had drunk sorostiskanks try to start ish with me several times.

Had one purposefully lower her shoulder and ran into me...dumb broad bounced off and fell to the ground in a drunken heap and started yelling that I hit her lol....the people around just laughed and walked over/past her.

The rumors of piss cups are true though. Even did it to Hawaii fans back in 06 or 07, I think.

Am I the only one who absolutely can not stand Marvell movies?

I'm that way with almost all big budget CGI blockbuster movies now. Just don't care. For a while it was fun to watch new movies to see how far the special effects had come, but the technology is really good now so screenwriters and directors can get away with anything. There's no need for imagination or practical effects because anything and everything can be CGIed. It just feels pointless. It's like watching a video game or something.

From my experience

Alabama - the real ones that have been through the Shula days and late 90s aren’t THAT bad. The bad fans are the band wagoners, and they’re all just dumbasses, just laugh and ignore them.

Florida - without a doubt the worst in the country. Classless trailer trash. All of them. I know every fan base has bad seeds but with UF the ENTIRE fan base is a bad seed. These fans honestly deserve to have their program shut down because they don’t know how to handle success

Georgia - definitely the most delusional. They’ve never really won anything of importance but act like they have the greatest program in CFB

Kentucky - only annoying during basketball season. I’m pretty sure they know their place in football at this point. Their success depends solely on how they perform against us

Vanderbilt - all 14 of these morons have a pathetically low football IQ. They need to just stick to education because they don’t understand the game at all

Auburn - as people they’re not bad but they tend to hold a grudge and don’t know how to take jokes at all. Probably the softest fan base out there

LSU - literally the exact opposite of Auburn. Some of them are trash but others are okay, especially the ones that travel with the team. Great cooks too.

A&M - not sure, but I’ve heard great things

South Carolina - opposite of Kentucky. They don’t know their place and act like you can actually win a national title at their program.

Mizzou - fakes. Every one I’ve met in person is extremely nice but their fans on twitter, etc are horrendous trash talkers.

Ole Miss - no experience there but I’ve heard bad things

Mississippi State - from what I’ve heard they’re the nicer of the two MS schools

Arkansas - morons. All of them. Like Vandy, they don’t understand the game of football at all. Only difference is there’s more of them and they’re not as educated
Interesting take lol. What would you consider winning something of importance and how would you rank UT’s history compared to UGA?

National championships. Period. A conference title isn’t that important anymore. If it was Alabama wouldn’t have won the national title in 2017

True. I was actually sad to see him get hurt... He was having, relatively speaking, a good year. We missed him the rest of the season...
We definitely did. He filled his role that’s for sure. We need to find another edge player that can be solid to take some pressure off Taylor.

Ok? So, UGA has been named NC 6x and can claim 6 (27 46 66 68), but they only claim the 2 (42 80) consensus titles like UT did until recently (51 and 98).
