My spring game randoms....

- JG gonna be alright
- Mauer has moxie. Like his future.
- McCoullough will be a Vol great when it’s all said and done.
- Keyton flashed as well
- A lot of true freshman did actually. It’s a spring game so I don’t want to jump the gun but it looks like we have a lot of talented kids coming in we can build around.
- Surprised by Jacquez Jones. Kid looked good out there. Might he be a contributor afterall?
- Can even say the same about Byrd. Looked decent out there as a receiver.
- Nothing from Brandon Johnson. Led the team as a soph and looked good, but was that his peak?
- Is Fil-Aimee still on the team? We were feeding some walk on the ball late. CFA never saw the field that I noticed.
- I heart JJ
- Heads up play by B. Davis to force that fumble. Well done.
- Jackson Lowe looks like a senior more than a freshman. Big kid. Looks good out there.

Overall decent showing. Glad there were no injuries. Would like to see the receivers be more consistent and JG start off a little warmer. Really hard to judge anything because they blew a lot of whistles real fast but this team is on the upswing.
CFA is out with a knee injury

CFA is injured

If you spend an hour on youtube, watching a Mac Demarco concert is tops. He's a complete lunatic. Love that dude.

Challenge yourself in the craziest arena. Make them tire of you and put you on ignore and you gain full self-consciousness. 😎

I wish I could have been there at Neyland today, I'm just feeling way too rough...which reminds me..you fellers that pray, please throw one up for me when you get a chance, I don't talk about it much, but I have extreme chronic pain issues due to extreme osteoarthritis that I have been dealing with since my early twenties, and the last few weeks my health seems to be going off the rails even more. More days and nights are becoming unbearable due to hurting in the 9-10 range in multiple locations. I can't take any heavy hitting stuff that would help alleviate the pain on the worst days because I drive for a living, and I have only been able to sleep 3-4 hours a night the last few days. I know God can move...he has many times. Thanks in advance.

Hey Ulysees,
I may be able to make some treatment option suggestions. (Non surgical)
Jkay@arlingtonortho.com
Let me know which are your affected joints...
Thanks

He could, but he is going to have to go low to win I think. Moleynari is killing it, and Koepka is a robot...

I think he will have to shoot at least 65-66 to run the Italian Stallion down, and hold off Koepka and Finau.

Moley has one...ONE...freaking bogey..that is insane.
Today will be about ball striking. Whoever controls his golf ball the best today will win. The winds will be whipping around that place. Molinari has been really good the first 3 days...is he due for a meh round and a few bogeys? Tiger has been really good, too. Think about this...if Tiger had made 75-80% of his putts from inside 10 feet, he would probably be in the lead by 2-3 shots or more. If he can continue to strike it the way he has been especially with the driver and can make the shorter putts like yesterday, I like his chances. If the his putting inside 10 feet sucks like the first 2 days, he won’t win.

Autographs and coach/player accessibility would go a long way. Butch made it a party, and that’s not all bad

Taking away the autographs was silly. It used to be such a great way to get kids excited about Vols and give them a chance to be on the field. They can’t say it’s to keep the field in good shape because it will get new sod before the fall anyway.

As it stands now spring games are obsolete. They need to start scrimmages with other schools outside of the league if they want attendance.

They took autographs away because fans complained about waiting in long lines and only getting one autograph. The NCAA counted that one hour of autographs against the teams practice session. It’s moved to the fall practice for more time and a better experience.

And yet they did show up for Butch. They had no trouble overcoming geography and all the other reasons listed tonight, under Jones.
A salesman putting on a carnival type sideshow, not even a football game.

Absolutely everyone's right to do so, just confuses me.

Butch’s only got into the 60k+. 2014 was 68k.

But I would say weather and time have a hand in that. Sure, you can throw in a few extra for Butch being a salesman.

I believe CFA is hurt. Pretty sure they announced he was out the rest of the spring.

Did JJ Peterson play last night? Didn't see him at all.

Really liked Maurer's pocket presence avoiding the rush in the first half, he showed a lot more natural awareness than you would expect of a true FR. Still needs to be more careful with the ball.
