It really does help with regular use, but it is not a miraculous pain killer. Just wanted to temper your expectations a little so you know what to expect. It does work a lot better for some people, even if they have extreme chronic pain, than it does others. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory for me that helps immensely with all the issues stemming from that.

It's not some holistic bs that may or may not work...it legit works, you can feel it. I threw my back out last year. Hurt like heck, but on nights I took some I could get up and walk around like nothing was wrong.

It can also put you to sleep (avoid energy strains) and sleep deeply.

Yes, and I am a huge endorser of it, but it too is now on our banned list. It worked wonders for me, I was able to play golf and go hiking and other things I love doing while I was taking it.
