Y'all going to the O&W give an extra cheer for me! UT Medical has ESPN but it doesn't look like they have the SECN so I'm going to have to figure out how to 'creatively' watch along with you. FWIW, I think the SECN should be a free channel on every SEC campus and since UT Medical is a part of campus it should be there as well but no one listens to me - lol.
How about your partner? Have you found out the details? Sorry if I am being too nosey — just concerned.

I don't know what to believe on the last thread page. A play on "Did you just assume my gender?" meme and chicken nuggets flying from a mother's hand. Not sure if to laugh or just leave and come back tomorrow.

Yep, I'm not sure if he is trying to be funny or is truly certifiable and needs a padded room.

Seriously...as much joy as UT athletics bring people you would think they would have it for the patients.

They have ESPN but I think they haven't kept up with the changes. It should honestly be free for them since they're technically on campus (I think every SEC campus should get the channel for free since it's their content) but even if they have to pay extra for it they should. Patients here would likely love to have it.

His CT showed spots on his kidney and liver. They think he's too ill to biopsy the kidney right now and think they can tell more about the spots on his liver from a MRI. They took him to MRI last night twice (both times he got sick from a medication they're giving him). The second time he got about halfway through it before he got sick so they're going to if they have enough imagery. We really don't know much more than that so it's been a pretty frustrating waiting game.

I’m so sorry, sometimes it’s harder on the person in the waiting room than the one in the procedure room.

So sorry to hear that UTProf. Yes, all of this is a waiting game. I've been down this road with lung issues. I don't know if you believe in the power of prayer but I do. I'll pray for both of you as the caregiver is on the same journey as the patient. Good luck and, more importantly, God bless.

If you have SECN at home, you should be able to log in with your account number through ESPN+.
Or do the youtube free trial.

And it help take your minds off all the negative stuff. Trust me, distraction is really good thing during the wait. Stay positive and 🤞

If kid does that its not Currys fault...

Kids mimic what they see...and it doesn’t always have to do with how they are taught. Sorry, I just don’t agree, and I will be done with the conversation. It’s one thing to argue something, but it’s another to throw a mouthpiece at an official.

If a kids upbringing is undone by watching one relative stranger throw a tantrum then I think it's safe to say that the upbringing itself is a more likely culprit.

Kids shouldn't be arguing with an official regardless. Let coach handle that. The coach doesn't have to argue uphill like a kid does.
