But not many - most liked her press conference and have a wait and see mindset. I snuck over there last night and read through most of the related threads. Again, same 1/2 dozen over and over and over....
Those people are never happy-- Some hate Fulmer and want him to fail- makes me think they are Alabama fans.

I'm still not convinced it's not like one or two certifiably crazy people and then a bunch of people unbeknownst to each other who think they are trolling flat earthers by pretending to be flat earthers and egging each other on. And so the flat earthers are just trolling in a circle. Or sphere.

now that moon landing...

Take, for example, a stone. One the one level you can see, feel it, know its shape and its weight. It exists and it seems very solid and very real. But we all know that it's solid appearance is just an illusion. It is actually made of countless zillions of individual atoms, none of which are actually touching any other atom in the stone, they are merely tightly bonded with other nearby atoms. So it's solid appearance is really just an illusion. Further, those atoms are the smallest units of the substance that have the properties of the substance, but they are all actually made up of even smaller subatomic particles, none of which have the properties of the substance. So those atomic properties are just an illusion, from the perspective of a subatomic particle. But that subatomic particle is actually not a particle. It is just a tiny bundle of energy that exists on one level as a subatomic particle. Further, it is made up of even smaller units of very strange energy, having properties that don't always conform to the laws of normal physics that apply to it from the subatomic level and above. The subatomic particle is just an illusion from the perspective of the quantum world.

Take, as another example, taste. You can pick up an apple, take a bite and taste the apple. You identify the taste and it seems real. But your perception of the apple’s taste is just electrical signals from your tongue being interpreted by your brain. The electrical signals from your tongue were triggered by receptors on your tongue detecting certain chemical compounds in the apple, which your brain has learned are associated with the taste of an apple. Those chemical compounds are forms of matter, made up of subatomic particles, none of which actually have the property of flavor. On one level taste is real, but on another level it is just an illusion.

Sound? On one level at least, it is just an illusion. It is nothing more than vibrating particles of air, vibrating in waves of soundless energy that your ear drums detect and then your brain tells you is sound, but is all just taking place in your head.

I know Oats was hired before the UCLA approaching of Barnes...not sure if Musselman was or wasn't. But honestly I agree Forbes to me is the best value option available.

Having been under Pearl & Marshall I'm surprised he's not gotten a bigger job yet. Dude has won everywhere he's been so far.
Future “we coulda hired” name to put in your i Notes. 🤔

Watch the doc on Netflix. It's just a bunch of misfits with spare time on their hands and a real need to belong to something. It makes me both sad and hopeful in a way.

I'm just saying if Barnes had left Steve Forbes was the top realistic name on my list
I was Steve Forbes for a Halloween Party in October. We sent a pic to Steve Forbes that night. He said other than the goatee, I'd nailed it. My wife dressed as a ref and I got to scream at her all night, without consequence. Good times.

that would have pissed me off. optics on that are terrible. UCLA plucks our coach, and we settle for they guy they fired?

talk about being put in your place as a program....ugh.

definitely glad it worked out like it did for us.

that's not a commentary on forbes himself mind you...just what it looks like.

edit. whoops. wrong steve. y'all have fun at my expense. you're welcome. lol.

I am guessing it's the "entitled" ones who think that the university should consult with them personally before making any move.

It was worse before hire was made and the press conference happened.

and now with the weather...the course just got longer. really favors guys like DJ and Brooks.....but the greens should slow down, and that will give everyone a chance to make shots, and be aggressive with the putter.

should be a good day....if they can get it in.
I like Brooks, he's boring but mentally tough. He and DJ are so strong, I expect to see this when they hit the ball.

Been tempted many a time to go Android. Got too much disposable income tied up in iTunes.
I hate mine at the moment. Camera keeps failing. Usually can go to apps and find which one is using it, delete and then reinstall. At the moment that is not working. I just about had it paid off.
