I just think that someone like Kara checks virtually all the boxes but experience and in basketball or baseball coaching experience isn’t a prerequisite for success college or pro.

And nothing is really going to prepare you for being a head coach at Tennessee. It’s almost like being the president. You can be in Congress or whatever your whole life but you’re never prepared for the chair. Same thing applies here.

I am willing to take a chance. I do think some experience is better than none.

Don't have anything but a bunch of rumors at the moment but I wouldn't dismiss it out of hand.

I don't know that I would say he's likely to leave but I do think it's a possibility.
