Vols are currently wrapping up their second full scrimmage of the spring this afternoon. We'll have full notes later tonight, but some quick takeaways from folks in attendance: The first-team offense had a much sloppier day today. Ty Chandler and Josh Palmer did account for two explosive touchdowns, both off receptions.

JG remained in a non-contact jersey and wasn't live again, just like last week. Marquez Callaway, Will Ignont and a few others were also non-contact. Interestingly, for the second straight week freshman cornerback Warren Burrell made plays. Burrell had an INT last Saturday, and today he had another pick and also a fumble recovery for a touchdown.

I said he was a 5 star player when he committed. Dude dominated in the top tier of GA high school football and was a 3 star lmao

Hate to here explosive pass play TDs. That hurt us last year, but we really need our secondary this year. Bryce, Alontae, Warrior will have high expectations.
