I went a couple weeks back when it opened. It’s pretty a small place but the deep dish is pretty good. I never went to Gino’s in Chicago though as I mainly went to Giordanos while visiting. I still liked it but honestly, even though Gino’s is a Chicago classic, I still like 312s deep dish pizza in Germantown better. If you haven’t tried that out I would at some point.

thanks bud

Y’all need some family photos? Send me an email. Ben (at) kallimaphotography (dot) com
(I’d PM but it doesn’t work anymore.) can’t remember where you are located but it shouldn’t matter.
Best damn fanbase there is, period.
Can't do any photos right now because I just don't look like myself and hate how thin and sickly I appear.
They said it couldn't be done but I found a way to be more butt ugly than usual 😄😄

But brother, thank you!
Just an unbelievable family here.

I think the defense will put up better stats this year if the offense can sustain drives and eat up more of the clock. Last year the defense was left out on the field too long and got worn out IMO.

The defense, both rush and pass, were at their worst in q1. 2nd half pass defense was actually pretty good. Don't think worn out was the issue. Besides, don't offenses get worn out too? DLs and LBs rotate a lot more than ol do. Statistics have basically disproven the worn out defense theory.

A simple answer that is the correct answer IMO. Spot on.

A rested D that was ranked #49 at 377.4 yards per game at 5.67 yards per play average in Total D; will be the beneficiary of an offense that will gain far more than the #121 ranked O at 325.5 yards per game at 5.46 yards per play average. They only had 716 plays on offense while giving 799 plays to the opponents. Pruitt kept them more competitive by slowing the pace of play compared to most of the rest of FBS. The O was so bad it was absolutely amazing the D achieved what it did with the roster it had and would not have without Pruitt's guidance. They will take a good step forward this season. The O will take an even bigger step forward IMO. Which is why I see them winning 8 or more games.

Using gross numbers when we had 111th tempo has its downsides. S&P+ (efficiency) actually had the offense ranked between 50th and 60th iirc. Defense was like 80th. Tempo and number of plays skews total numbers, so not the best metric.

just an observation..........i know it's like ridiculously slow around here lately....................but that's probably very good news truth be told.

there's nothing for us to talk about. if nothing else, that means there's nothing BAD to be talking about..............if you want to take the glass is half full approach.
Slow on bad news is great! I'd Pruitt seems to run a much quieter ship also. No coach or player salesmanship and no trash talk. (The kind they
were incapable of backing up)

So all good. Except for a random VN poster, bedridden, begging for something to make the time pass.😐
Btw, what the heck has happened to TV? They just take one show and loop it for the entire day?
Just garbage.

Interesting from the VQ podcast re: receivers

- said Josh Palmer is the best pure WR on the team.
- said Brandon Johnson is having a good spring and one of them said that a week from now after the spring game, that he’ll be a guy people are talking about.

He did have a good sophomore year but underwhelmed (to say the least) last year. Would be nice if he carved a role.

Also not receivers but said they didn’t want to name names regarding roster movement and the transfer portal.... but later on when talking about OL numbers suggested that Riley Locklear and Marcus Tatum are two guys where there’s at least smoke that they might end up leaving.

No surprises here. Hate it for the kids.
