WHy waste our time with Carle batting? Folty might be worse. Pitchers have a combined avg of about .050. It’s a complete waste of time and nearly a guaranteed out. Dumb

Working around the pitcher hitting, whether to pinch hit or not, etc is interesting. I don’t want to take interesting managers’ decisions out of the game so some fat old dudes who can’t move around well enough to play in the field can hit instead. American League baseball may have more hitting but it’s less interesting than National League baseball.
