Tebow > Fulmer/Crompton

I've grown up with tons of guys who've been just like he appears to be-wholesome, good-hearted, faithful guys. The catch? They were only like that when they had to be. One guy in particular had my parents convinced he was a saint, but he was the biggest perv I've ever met in my life...and he still is. It's been years since I've seen him, and my parents STILL talk about him.

Seriously though, I'm not saying Tebow is like that. I'm saying, we have no way to prove he's a good guy or a bad. BUT, he does talk about himself a lot and I've never seen a missionary kiss his male roommate.

What are you doing hanging around such guys? :hi:

Again, you can say the missionary work is some effort to impress the nation, but he's been doing this stuff long before he was ever in the spotlight. I think he's probably a legitimately good guy. He might be a bit cocky, but nothing beyond normal limits for a guy his age.

I figured there was a reason for your opinion. Thanks for pointing it out.

You know what, I just realized that I don't need a well found, rational, and sound argument to hate Tebow. I'm a vol fan and I just can.

Thank you sweetums :)

I'm not trying to bash Tebow...you guys wanted a reason, I offered one. I don't like Crompton either.

Where's Jim Bob when ya need him?

Tebow would make this team 100x better.

We've got more respect for ourselves than allow him anywhere near our program. He's already been tainted by Myers.

Being a Vol is not about always winning. It's not about being on top. It's about keeping our head held up when people tell us we shouldn't, being a fan when nobody else is, and loving UT football until the day we die.

That should be read aloud with Glory, Glory Hallelujah being played in the background.
